RailPros is providing Program and Project Management for SCRRA’s Positive Train Control Project. Responsibilities include staffing and managing Project Controls functions, including costs and schedules with team members from multiple consultant firms as well as Agency staff. Assisting in drafting RFP documents for procurement of a Designer Vendor Integrator team to develop and implement the various facets of the PTC System. Also managing the development and implementation team through the design, testing, and implementation of the PTC System. The estimated project cost is $201.6 million.
