Under our On-Call PM/CM/Staff Augmentation contract with Metrolink/SCRRA (seehttp://www.railpros.com/news.php?nid=20), RailPros has been awarded the Contract Task Order (CTO) for SCRRA’s Positive Train Control (PTC) Project, providing Program and Project Management. Responsibilities include staffing and managing the Project Controls functions, assisting in drafting RFP documents, and managing the development and implementation team through the design, testing, and implementation of the PTC system.
