Mr. Knepper has extensive experience in railroad operations and computer systems. His background has proven excellence in determining customer requirements, design, scheduling, and budgeting for control systems. He is highly experienced in the installation and implementation of office control systems for Class I, Commuter, Regional and Switching railroads. He has a keen knowledge of Operating Rules and his participation with such organizations as the Operating Rules Association of North America ensures that he is actively up-to-date on any operations developments. His vast and diverse experience makes him an expert in train operations and dispatch. Dan Knepper will be located in our downtown Los Angeles office, working as Project Manager – Train Control on our Positive Train Control Project.
