California High Speed Rail Authority

Established in 1996, the California High-Speed Rail Authority is charged with the planning, designing, constructing and operating a state of the art high-speed train system.

Caltrain

Caltrain is a commuter rail line on the San Francisco Peninsula and the Santa Clara Valley in California. It is currently operated under contract by Amtrak and funded jointly by City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County Transit District, and Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority through the Peninsula Corridor Joint Powers Board.

Caltrans

Caltrans manages more than California's highway and freeway lanes, permits more than 400 public-use airports and special-use hospital heliports, works with local agencies and provides inter-city rail services. Caltrans carries out its mission of improving mobility across California with six primary programs: Aeronautics, Highway Transportation, Mass Transportation, Transportation Planning, Administration and the Equipment Service Center.

Centre City Development Corporation

CCDC is the public, non-profit corporation created by the City of San Diego to staff and implement Downtown redevelopment projects and programs. Formed in 1975, the corporation serves on behalf of the San Diego Redevelopment Agency as the catalyst for public-private partnerships to facilitate redevelopment projects adopted pursuant to redevelopment law. Through an operating agreement, CCDC is the Agency's representative in the development of retail, residential, office, hotel, cultural and educational projects and public improvement projects.

Kansas City Southern Railway

(KCS), an international transportation holding company comprised of three primary railroads: The Kansas City Southern Railway Company (KCSR), Kansas City Southern de Mexico (KCSM) and Panama Canal Railway Company (PCRC).

Napa County Transportation Planning Agency

The Napa County Transportation & Planning Agency (NCTPA) was formed in 1998 as a joint effort by the cities of American Canyon, Calistoga, Napa, St. Helena, the town of Yountville and the County of Napa. The NCTPA serves as the countywide transportation planning agency.

North County Transit District

North County Transit District was created to plan, construct and operate public transit systems in the North San Diego County. The region of responsibility encompasses approximately 1,020 square miles from the Pacific Ocean east to Ramona and from the Orange County Line south to Del Mar.

Port of Long Beach

The Port of Long Beach is one of America’s premier seaports and a trailblazer in goods movement and environmental stewardship. Trade valued annually at more than $100 billion moves through Long Beach, making it the second-busiest seaport in the United States.

Solano Transportation Authority (STA)

The STA was created in 1990 through a Joint Powers Agreement between the cities of Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Vacaville, Vallejo and the County of Solano to serve as the Congestion Management Agency for Solano. The STA is responsible for countywide transportation planning, programming transportation funds, managing and providing transportation programs and services, delivering transportation projects, and setting transportation priorities.

Southern California Regional Rail Authority

The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA), a Joint Powers Authority (JPA), consists of five county transportation planning agencies: Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), the Orange County Transportation Authority, the Riverside County Transportation Commission, San Bernardino Associated Governments and the Ventura County Transportation Commission. SCRRA was formed to develop a regional transit service to reduce the congestion on highways and improve mobility throughout the Southern California region.
