Railroad Civil Engineer

Experience: 5 to 20 years. Civil Engineer license in any state required. California Civil PE license desired. Must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable dealing directly with clients, able to write reports and technical memorandums, conduct project meetings and mentor project engineers.
